Run by husband-and-wife duo Steve and Annabel Nguyen, the focus is all on their silky tofu pudding — and it really delivers.

It’s ridiculously smooth, melt-in-your-mouth soft, and not overly sweet, which makes it dangerously easy to keep eating.

The flavours are fun but still refined. The biscoff is rich and indulgent without being heavy, while the mango and passionfruit feel fresh and light.

Black cocoa is a sleeper hit if you prefer something less sweet and the egg custard is pure comfort. It feels both nostalgic and modern.
