Baked At Bina’s

Baked at Bina’s in Earlwood is a slice of Brazil and Portugal right in the neighbourhood.

Owner Sabrina “Bina” Dias brings serious passion to every loaf, drawing on years of baking experience and pastry training.

The breads are a standout, with bolo do caco, pao de leite and pao de milho made using slow-rested dough for incredible texture.

Lunch rolls are stacked with mortadella, calabresa chorizo or juicy picanha steak, all tucked into soft Portuguese or Brazilian bread.

The sweets cabinet is just as tempting, loaded with sonhos donuts and glossy pasteis de nata.
