Get ready to roll out the picnic blanket — Movies Under the Stars is back for 2025!
We’re bringing the big screen to your neighbourhood with free entry, outdoor movies, live music, fun kids’ activities and food trucks serving up tasty bites like popcorn, fairy floss, chips on a stick, burgers, hot dogs, ice cream and hot drinks.
From 5pm, families can dive into arts and crafts, games, an obstacle course and more. A family-friendly DJ will set the vibe with chilled but lively tunes and Children & Youth Services will run special activities for Children’s Week (18–25 Oct). Plus, there’ll be face painting and a few extra surprises!
Movies roll from around 7.30pm, just after sunset.
This year we’re heading to four awesome parks, including a brand-new location in Villawood. From Earlwood to Panania and Riverwood, every Saturday night is your chance to chill, snack, laugh and enjoy movie magic under the stars.
BYO: chairs, picnic mats, blankets and your favourite snacks if you like.
